2. Data processed
The systems delivering this website may process the IP address, date and time, requested resource, user agent, request outcome and other technical data needed for security, diagnostics and service availability.
The contact form collects name, work email address, company, area of interest, indicative budget, timeframe and enquiry details. Surname, role and telephone number are optional. Anti-abuse controls may also process technical request data, without storing message content in application logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Form data are processed to answer an enquiry and take requested pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Technical data are processed to secure and maintain the service and prevent abuse, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Legal obligations, where applicable, are handled under Article 6(1)(c).
4. Required data and retention
Fields marked as required are needed to handle the enquiry; all other fields are optional. Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are retained for no longer than 24 months, unless needed to establish or defend a legal claim. Contractual and administrative records are retained for the periods required by law. Technical logs are retained for a period proportionate to security and incident diagnosis needs.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be processed by infrastructure, maintenance and email providers appointed as processors where required, as well as by people authorised by the controller. The form is delivered through the authenticated email service configured by the controller. Fonts and icons are served from this domain; no analytics or advertising tools are currently active.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Articles 45–49 GDPR. An up-to-date list of providers and safeguards may be requested from the controller.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object where Articles 15–22 GDPR apply by contacting the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority .
7. Storage on your device
