Publishing vacancies online is relatively simple. Coordinating employers, recruiters, applications, professional profiles and selection activity requires a system designed around the real process.

This need shaped Balzano Consulting’s work for WJOB , an employment agency operating distinct journeys for candidates and businesses.

An operating projectWJOB is a real client project and uses a dedicated implementation configured around its requirements and identity.

Beyond publishing vacancies.

As activity grows, scattered applications, duplicate profiles, outdated documents and workflows reconstructed from email and spreadsheets slow teams down. WJOB needed an environment that could improve the candidate experience while supporting the agency and its client companies.

The project covered brand identity, content structure, user experience and operational capabilities. Candidates, businesses and recruiters follow distinct journeys; roles and responsibilities determine the information and actions available to each user.

BC-JobSearch: ownership and origin.

BC-JobSearch is proprietary software owned by Balzano Consulting. It was developed from operational requirements identified during the WJOB project and from recurring recruitment use cases. WJOB does not own BC-JobSearch: it uses an implementation dedicated to its own project.

This separation keeps the product, client configuration and responsibilities clear. The underlying solution can evolve for different scenarios, while each implementation is sized around the organisation’s processes, roles, data and constraints.

Solution capabilities.

  • vacancies, requirements and deadlines;
  • professional profiles, CVs and documents;
  • applications and progress stages;
  • separate accounts and permissions for employers, recruiters and administrators;
  • notifications, communications and assigned actions;
  • history available to authorised users.

Configuration follows the organisation’s process. An agency may define checks and approvals; an executive-search firm may protect selected profiles and documents; an HR department may assign each vacancy to a specific owner.

Automation with human accountability.

Reminders and automated communications can reduce repetitive work. Structured data can also support search, classification and summaries. Decisions affecting people must remain under human oversight, with understandable criteria and careful attention to discrimination risks.

Software does not replace recruiters: it makes data, responsibilities and next actions easier to understand.

Public project information was reviewed on 12 August 2026. Restricted capabilities and configurations depend on authorised roles. Confirmation of permission to use the WJOB name and logo publicly remains part of the editorial checklist.
